one of the most important metrics that our agents our judged is their Quality Assurance scores.

Our QA team listens to 3 calls/mo. per agent and they get scored from 1-100.

Any ideas how I can use these scores in some kind of contest.

I've already ran survivor type contests and poker game contests to increase referral sales.
