My company provides a service rather than a system where your agents would record there conversations via method of a three way call.
We provide your company with access codes for you agents to record as well as your supervisors to review and grade. Upon three waying our system your call is recorded. When call ends, your agent uses the # key to retrieve a call specific contract number. With that number, your supervisors are able to review the recording and grade it pass, fail, or pending review. Recording and files are accessible from any location with a touchtone phone, and via a secure ftp site.
