Pay for performance program
We are looking at inplementing a pay for performance program that will be ongoing. Has anyone had successes or "failures" in this area? What areas/metrics did you measure? How ofter did you pay out, or did you include it in the hourly wage? Did you have thresholds that must be reached in order to receive pay out? What implementation problems did you have? Were you able to measure a return on investment? What would you have done differently?
