Pay for Performance program

There have been success stories from various outbound sales campaigns, especiaaly from India, due to high quality & productive people, at a comparitive low prices.

We as Maeflower Consulting are in the Business Process outsourcing areana as ITES enablers,

Currently we are running 5 different campaigns based on sales performance, and to your interest there has been success.

Areas/metrics did you measure? (Do you mean domain)
Areas - in Insurance, Credit Card, mobiles, landline, appointment bookings.

How ofter did you pay out, or did you include it in the hourly wage?
No the payout is decided on per sale per hour (SPH)

Did you have thresholds that must be reached in order to receive pay out?
It depends on the tenure of the campaign.

What implementation problems did you have? Were you able to measure a return on investment? What would you have done differently?
Since we are the enablers, as such these are the problems the Call Centers have, but till date I have not received any problems from either the client nor from the providers.
The client can very well measure the ROI as a daily MIS reporting is provided from the provider to the client.
