To briefly answer a few questions, we are a small startup in a small rural bilingual community in PEI, Canada. We have a fairly large workforce to draw from, there are about 75 bilingual (french/english) people that are from this community that already have experience in call centres. Most of them commute to work, anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, each day. They have expressed a great desire to work in their community.
We have a Nortel BCM switch in place that allows us to accept digital and analog lines. We can support VoIP, chat, email and other forms of communication.
