Yes, in several different organizations. The results have been mixed. Overall, I would recommend implementing self-directed work teams, but do your research first! There are several great books on the market and Fred Pryor Seminars has an audio tape series that is very helpful. Learning the hard way is a painful experience! Good Luck!
