Our company actually provides the service that you are requesting. We have agents staffed who respond to inbound chat requests. Our phone switch routes the chat requests to available agents who have been trained in advance to provide support for your project. We can easily accomodate 200 people. We have 4 centers and 1500 agents who provide chat, as well as voice and e-mail response.
You would pay us for each chat session. The advantage for you is that you insure that there will always be agents available who are trained for your project and you will only pay for completed chat sessions. You minimize the risk you have now with uncertain volume. You also do not have a significant up front expense with the way you had described doing it your self.
