hi all
My name is Irfan and i am from paksitan, new to this forum just because i've seen a lot of discussion abt call centers here.
i have done masters in Computer Sciences and now doing a job as a Software Engineer for 8 months, unfortunately i didnt find this field suit to me, so i have decided to move to call center industry.
i want to ask, to join a call center what skills should i posses ?
secondly is there any one in a call center who can help me getting a starting job?

please do help me out, sujjestions, critics and advices are all welcomed
