Need Help
I've just started a small call center, i have the VOIP phones setup on asterix, and am looking for a solution to handle my needs.
I have 50 agents and currenty have 20 different clients. When a inbound calls comes in, i need my agents to know for which company the call is for so they can provide the appropriate support. Does anyone know a solution for this?
I have been looking at pbxpress server.
Greatly appreciate anyone's advise or support.
