Seating software?
I really need some help here. We are constantly expanding and always looking for space. Due to turnover throughout our organization (about 500 staff) we have problems keeping track of vacant workstations.
Is there a software solution similar to an airline reservation system or Tickemaster seating system that can be used for large Contact Centres? For instance, this would enable me to see how many seats are vacant between 3pm and 11pm M-F. It would be even better if it could tell me where the vacant stations are actaully located in our building.
Any information would be very helpful!
