Posting replies

I've noticed that on the forum most of the postings get a lot of hits, but few actually get responses. It also seems like many of the responses come from the same people. I know as an open forum you can't force people to post replies, but I wonder if there is anything that can be done to try and boost the number of responses?

Thank you for taking time to post feedback. We like to hear the postive, constructive criticism and suggestions.

We regularly encourage people to post responses through the CallCenterOps Newletters. Many do and we are thankful for the time people take to share their advice. Many do not for a long list of reasons.

At the end of the day, we appreciate everyone who is comfortable sharing. It makes this Forum effective and useful for the visitors to CallCenterOps.com.
