Like the new look site - you have a good balance of functionality and content, although I spotted a couple of things that didn't work, like the number of posts counter - I have posted a few times now but it is still at zero.

Another thing, why don't you try to team up with the people over at [url]http://www.callcentervoice.com[/url] as it looks to me like you are both trying to do the same thing. Do I detect a hint of rivalry?
