CallCenterOps.com Site Changes
A Special Question from CallCenterOps.com
We think it is time to make some improvements to the CallCenterOps.com site. We have lots of ideas but we need your opinion before we get started. Should we change: - the site color? - the site layout? - how you navigate the site? - some of the content (i.e. Jobs Board) What is missing that you think would fit well with the CallCenterOps.com site? It would be so nice to categorize the posting by subject matter. It is difficult to look through the archives for a particular topic because you have to go screen by screen. Grouping them by some general categories would help.
