headsets

Hi:

We use Plantronics headsets at my center. The "Vista" model to be exact. They are sturdy, and cancel out background noise pretty well (although our cube farm has 5ft walls between agents too---which helps). Customers occasionally complain (about not hearing), but overall they are satisfactory. They are also easy to leave the amplifier plugged in and then you can just unplug the actual headset unit...which is great if you have agents sharing desks. They are easy to operate and run on 2AA batteries which typically last 60-90 days.

Please Hold!

HEadsets we use

Hi sara Mencia,

We are using SONY RF-11 headsets for our 200 agents here. These have always been great and the best thing is they dont need batteries. They use the power from the phone itself so you dont need to have batteries. It has a GREAT background noise filtering capability. Its been around a year now that we are using them and never had a problem. Overall great product!

Headsets

We recently switched from the Hello Direct brand Headsets and amps to GN Netcoms.

The headsets we use are the GN2120 and GN2125 -NC. The 2125 is a binural. We give our agents the option of singular or binural. They both use the same amp, the GN MPA 8000.

We've had great sucess with them. Very few sent back for repairs in the last year. The NC or Noise Canceling mics really do a great job of canceling out background noise.
