Call Center Study

I work in a call center, and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Sociology. I am trying to locate a call center in the continental United States that would allow me do perform a quantitative study of its employees on the topic of emotional labor, autonomy and job satisfaction.

Can anyone provide any contacts? I will be happy to share my research design.

Thank you,
Sandra Casillas

same here

hi. I'm also writing my undergrad thesis in Sociology on call centers and the youth. I have been researching about it and have some material on it. I was wondering if we could all pool our resources on it, considering that there is little to speak of. Just mail me. Judging from what is written here, i could see that we have different but equally interesting angles that we want to pursue regarding this issue. i hope we could have a dialogue on each other's topics so we all could help each other obtain new insghts that may improve each other's work :) Just email me please. c_panaguiton@yahoo.com
