Call Center Study

I work in a call center, and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Sociology. I am trying to locate a call center in the continental United States that would allow me do perform a quantitative study of its employees on the topic of emotional labor, autonomy and job satisfaction.

hi. I'm also writing my undergrad thesis in Sociology on call centers and the youth. I have been researching about it and have some material on it. I was wondering if we could all pool our resources on it, considering that there is little to speak of. Just mail me.
