succession planning for junior positions

I am looking for a strategy documentation that I can use to train my leadership team on succession planning at the agent, team lead and supervisor levels. My search has only revealed complex systems (most with cost associated) that are targeted towards Sr. Leadership positions. Any help on locating straight forward (perhaps call center related) information would be greatly appreciated.
