Visit
Hi all:
I am going to visit United States next november (on vacation) but would be available on 13 and 14. I will love to visit a Financial o related Call Center to make some benchmarks. Actually I am the Manager of an In House Banking CC and have the challenge to implement it at all. In my visit I just would like to share some knowledge with "my potential host", see the enviorement, technology and identify any new trend i couldn't be aware of yet. I am going to be in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I will be more than glad to have a response from any of you, My best regards,
