Agents level inside CC & salary

I have a question: Is Agent Level inside the CC attached to an increment in salary or is just of name position?

For example: I have three levels of CSR: Trainee, Junior, Senior, but the Trainee and the Junior have the same salary, the promotion is only in the title.

I appreciate your insights,

As being both agent and supervisor in call centers
I feel going from trainee to the next level of junior should be more of just a title increase, there should be a raise also.

Many companies give a 90 day raise and other raises throughout the year. Call center work around the Midwest area have ranged from 3 to 5 raises within the first year.

If the step from trainee to junior is around the 90 day mark, there should be a raise involved. I have received as little as a dime for a raise to more than a dollar. The personÂ’s performance and attendance should determine the exact figures.

Money talks and we all know what walks.
Keeping employees happy, keeps customers happy.

Just my thoughts.
