Agent/CSR Websites Wanted

I am looking for Websites that agents can surf that focus on their roles. I am hopeing to find a site or sites that are CSR friendly that deal with CSR related work subjects.

Agent focused websites

Hi, I'm in Canada, but overall am interested in English sites anywhere. I am looking for Call Centre related websites that are geared towards agents. I found one a couple of years ago, but have forgotten the name. It was comprised of productivity information, funnies, advice columns, and tips/hints. There was also an agent forum. If you have information on anything like this...it would be appreciated. I have done many searches but can only find sites that are geared towards leadership.

Feel free to check out our Web site... http://www.impactlearning.com. If this is primarily focused for managers and supervisors, but have the reps bookmark the free service tips of the week(tips for e-mail, sales, supervisor, tech support staff) and have them sign-up for the newsletter. The service is completely free and really helps agents.
