missing headset

Hello

We are having a serious problem with missing , broken , misused ect headsets

I am trying to come up with a solution , Maybe each rep handing in there headset each night ect.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, as you know the headset are expensive.

headsets

Hi,

You got it right, have each supervisor made responsible for the headsets being used by his team, check for damage before the shift logs in and again when the shift logs out. This will control the damage to a great extenet.

Also have the supervosors discuss / speak on this issue everyday before the shift logs in during the pre-shift brief and again during the post shift brief, in case you have both these briefings daily.

Then do not allow reps to change their work stations during the shift, this would avoid moving the haedsets which also leads to damage sometimes.

Hope this helps.

missing headsets

Another idea I implemented with another company regarding headsets was assigning each agent a headset after they completed their 30 day probation. It was made clear in writing that they were responsible for the headset and upon termination or quitting- they had to turn it in or have an amount deducted from their paycheck. Additionally they were given lockers to put them in at end of shift.

Very few headsets walked off!
