Business Set up

Well,my questions is simple yet need answers on it the person before me has asked abt the requirements of set up but i need to know the exact know how ,figures,technology ,hiring costs for setting up a call center in dxb or the middle east.
Anyone??????

To be very frank steve I need to understand the concept first for me to go any further ahead with this ,it would be of gr8 help if you send me some data so that i can send u across any quote from india and maybe why not the middle east region since i am based here .

Secondly middle east is also poised to become a hub of call centers . 1) Infrastructural costs are almost similar to India.
2)English speaking natives a good number of them.
3)People are now getting to understand a lot about call centers here.
4)The concept of contact centers already prevelant.
What you have said does sound very interesting cause it will cut down on al ot of costs yes I can place or get qoutes for you on the same from India as well as the middle east but as I said before please send me more information.
