HeadsetHell.com
I launched an exclusively forum-based site over at HeadsetHell.com around Christmas time. I was a call centre employee for several years before packing it in, so I'm hoping the forum will be very much on the level...
All the moderators are currently actual call-centre workers, too. I've only got 10 members so far but hope to build it up to a good sized community. It's all totally non-for-profit and exists solely as an area to vent frustrations, tell stories and have a laugh. I didn't realise there were other forums on the web focused on call centre workers. It's good to see these sorts of communities out there. Perhaps visit HeadsetHell.com, and register if you think you could benefit. Cheers, James |

Great news James - I have joined. It is really great to see someone has taken the initiative to setup a forum that 'contentrates' on the worker! Perhaps a few managers need to have a look and think of the environments they are creating - absolute hell on earth some of them!
