Satifcation Survey
I am looking for samples of customer survey forms. I am required to do one every quarter. I can do them in written or verbal form.
I not only am looking for one to mail out, but I would very much like to do a quick verbal survey at the end of a call. Anyone one who can provide me with a sample script, it will be greatly appreciated. We are a small catalog company will as few as 20 CSR's. |

i'm interested also
I'm working on developing customer satisfaction survey questions as well. We will be working on utilizing them during a follow up call after the logged in call is resolved. It will be necessary to record their responses for establishing a baseline and satisfaction goals.
