Researching call center data software
I am conducting research on systems that allow a user to pull data, specifically standard call center data (CPT, Login time, QA, etc), from multiple sources into one report. Does anyone currently use such software (I am just now delving into software providers to learn if such a product exists), or has anyone built this kind of system in house? Any information is appreciated.

During the last several years my company has developed a call center management system that logs, reports and consolidates all key data (ACD stats, attendance, quality scores, HR info, etc.) in one web-based system. While we are an outsource call center company, we have recently offered the system to other call centers.
