CDR Questions
First off, Hello to everyone...
I have AltiGen 4.0 at my call center. I've been having many difficulties generating accurate reports, and I think this may be due to the fact that my CDR only logs information to the 2nd party. Many of our calls are transferred 3+ times, especially including autoattendents, which the CDR seems to do. I am wondering if other system's CDRs record past the 2nd party, or if this is the standard. Also, I'd love to hear from anyone else who has AltiGen... Thanks! |
