Predictive Dialer ROI Calculation

Hi,

I'm in the process of developing a return on investment case for purchasing a predictive dialer. I hate to re-invent the wheel if someone is willing to share their methodology and approach. I can be e-mailed directly at rnadolski@choosehmc.com

We are a healthcare company that provides telephonic disease management services telephonically. Most of our calls are outbound.
