What is the exact problem your trying to overcome? In other words, why are they not enthused? This will make a big difference in how you approach it. Are they bored? Are there issues between management and hourly staff? Is your work enviroment not relaxing? Has another center in your area been getting some great press and now your being compared to them? Let me know what the issue is and I'd be glad to help.

Joseph Benoit:

Million thx for your kind remind. some agents servicing more than one year has been bored with daily abundant incoming calls. Actually we hired full-time staff no part-time staff.

Most important, we have no any idea how to fortify intertainment or relaxing stuff to traditional inflexible call center.

Your kind suggestion would be highly appreciated.

William why don't you send me a quick email on what type of service or product you provide. I've done some work with this exact problem with a large call center client. We can work it out offline and then post the solutions here.
