outsourcing helps everyone involved.....
Hi,
Am looking at setting up an outsourcing network here in India, have been in the industry for couple of years now. Problems : 1) Brokers outsourcing work for which the centers do not get paid in full or do not get paid at all. 2) What is easily available for a start up here is telemarketing work, though they have skilled manpower. Due to point 1 centers have bevome reluctant in taking on telemarketing work. Plan : 1) Wanting to frontend clients (real clients) to centers in India as they have the manpower with the required skills to handle Customer Service, Back Office (data work), Customer Support, Collections and Telemarketing. 2) A network where clients do the due deligence of the centers capability and infrastructure. The centers get a reference check for the client. 3) This could be a "win win situation" for the client as well as the center. Help : Any help/suggestions (how to go about this) in this regard would be of great help. This could help the industry here matuer further and the clients would be able to save on the costs while keeping the quality of service same or better.
