Help w/ Getting Started

Hello, I was hoping anyone would be kind enough to help me out. I am currently the "branch manager" of a call center which takes incoming calls for a non profit organization. We have 20 employees and we are open 7am-7pm pst. I have gotten word the non profit we are working with will be closing next month. I have a clause that says if this happens I can buy the office and its contents for "x" amount of dollars. I really don't want to put 20 people out on the street that we have worked really hard to polish into good, productive employees. The office is here, nice phone system, cubicles, ect. The problem is I have no idea what to look into as far as contacts for starting another call center within 45 days. My goal is simple- to start a call center with all the tools in place, my problem is I don't know where to begin! I have no contacts in the industry other than my corporate office, which does all their own advertising and basically sells the leads. Any help to be pointed in the right direction would be incredibly helpful.

Thanks
Bobby B

Getting started

Hi Bobby,

I have pointed people to OPC Marketing in the past. They are based in Texas and can help you set up some other contacts within the industry. They do sell call center equipment and software, just so you know upfront.

Help with opening new Center

I have a few things that will help in opening your new call center.
I am currently looking to outsource a sales campaign that may be of interest to you. This is a debt program unlike any other. This is not a loan, consolidation,or a new loan.Payout is up to 3% of the unsecured debt processed through this program.
I am also a call center owner in the Tampa Bay Area and have been in the industry for almost 10 years.
If there is anything I can help you with feel free to contact me at the information below.
