Staff Motivation

How can you motivate your call center staff - when the company is being taken over by your competitor?

motivation

It is very critical as the situation could be linked to emotions if at all the employees were a loyal employee. But professionly it could be considered an area of oppurtunity to prove themselves again constructively.

It may be suggested that a platform needs to be build first before you get down to learn about motivating them. The idea of oneness needs to be developed first, and if possible to work out and see if there could be slight changes with the responsiblities of the employees to exhibit their interest to learn new things.
