aptitude tests when hiring

Our call center consists of about 15 customer service reps and as many order processing reps. In the next few days, I will be interviewing candidates for both of these positions. I want to make sure that we hire the right people. I believe I'm a good judge of character but we are looking for more than just good attitudes and courtesy. What I need is people who will also be productive and able to multitask.
Are there are any test you use in your hiring process that will help me select the super stars. Any ideas?

Aptitude Tests when Hiring

We have just begun to use a product from Employment Technologies Corporation which is a Call Center Simulation Program. The program is given to all prospective hires that pass our initial screening to determine how successful they might be performing the tasks associated with order taking and customer service. While it is too early to tell the impact on our turnover rate, the feedback we received from some of our experienced agents that tested the program has been very positive.
