Need Direction

My client has hired me to locate a start up call center in the US. My client currently maintains ownership of complete technology setup to outfit 100 seat predictive call center and is interested in investing this with start up call center(s) in return for equity. So my question to you is, How can I find a list call centers that are new or still being planned?

Have you thought of outsourcing?

You can probably get a list from the Call Center Database at http://www.callcenterdatabase.com.

Also, Have you thought about outsourcing? You don't need to look at the US only - it can be cheaper to outsource to India or even places you might not have thought about, e.g. Ireland.

I think my client is open to considering any location. US is the best choice, because that is where my client is located.

What about in Canada?

We are in start up mode. Located on the east cost of Canada.

I may be able to assist you but would need more information. Is this organization (the one you represent) a service bureau? If so, are they looking to "partner" with a US based Service bureau? I have several years experience in the call center industry which includes representing service bureaus in the US. Please e-mail me to clarify. I will be happy to share information.

Thank you
