Contact Center Channels?

Call centers are continuing their evolution to contact centers. Gone are the days of just handling phone calls. Today we see Email, Webchat, virtual agents, community management, content BOT's, ICQ and IM as well as the tried and true Inbound, outbound, fax and mail.

In the interest of science, well not really, I am just curious as to the make up of volume in your centers.
