call center rep's - compensation methodologies
We are doing a study around controls in the compensation (commission) of sales representatives in Consumer (call center environment) We are looking for benchmarking information. To incent them to sell there are various methods used to pay reps, calculate the payouts such as net sales, gross sales or ties to ABR (averaged billed revenue) as examples. We are looking for any information or surveys of other firms either in telecom or outside of telecom on how they develop/reach decisions/calculate their compensation programs, good or poor outcomes, etc. We are not interested in average pay for reps....
