Attendance/Punctuality policy
I am interested in knowing what/if there is a standard for call center punctuality in a 24/7 business and that has ~45 front line employees? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Theresholds
I dont' know "standards", but in my cc we use:
For first log in: 10 minutes lateness For breaks and lunchs: 5 minutes lateness If we need them after hours...they must pay those minutes back! |
