I'm researching the outbound call center industry for an internship with a company named Azure Technologies. I'm curious to know the standard operating procedures (SOP's) for a typical American call center. No one who is competent at their job would give out their SOP it is the company standards book and the result of much hard work, research and frustration. A SOP is the lessons learned that have made the company successful or not successful. In short you are asking for trade secrets.
