Looking for a good Screen Pop replacement

We have and old app called AnswerSoft. It was sold to us back in 98. Now I need a replacement for this because this company was bought out by another and this company discontinuned it.

Any suggestions on a replacement?

I'd perfer them to be in Dallas but it isnt a requirement.

Our Screen Pop software is working in conjuction with a Tapi server an open IVR and a Nortel switch.

You may want to look into a call center application we utilize and it has been very good to us. It is called White Pajama, the information can be found on their website www.whitepajama.com.
