After 20 years in the "business" starting on the phones, then solid supervisory and eventual management & training /QA/Coaching mgmt. positions- I am calling it quits and seeking a career change!!
Too much red tape, too little quality customer service (especially outsourcing your most important asset- customer service- to folks in another country who have no real vested interest in YOUR customers all for the sake of the almighty $$). Too many revolving doors and not enough retention. Never keeping the MAIN thing, the MAIN thing. It was a great run but this is it. |
