Hi,

I am in the call center marketplace and I have just found this site. I am also a member of www.callcentrevoice.com which I find to be extremely useful and the internet chatroom on call center issues is always very busy from all over the world.

Most of the postings seem to be from USA and Canada, which is of interest..... where are you all from ?

Hi Sarah-

I'm from SW USA cactus country-a little frost on them now, yes, it gets cold here.
The economy is also cold here. I have a lot of call center/customer service experience but prefer this work from home now. I am seeing words "virtual call centers" starting to appear on telecommute sites and I find this technology fascinating.

I know of one legitimate site in Florida (non-tarot card site,ugh!)
but would like to hear of other virtual call centers.
