Outbound dialing

Does anyone know where I can find information on what set-up produces the best contact rates for outbound calling?

I work in an industry that decided to purchase a predictive dialer to help facility outreach to our customer base. We are not that experienced with dialers -- and need advise on how to dial outbound calls. I have tried dialing by rounds and termcodes and have found little difference in contact rates.

Any ideas on this would be great.

Ann

Hello Ann!

Feel free to call me for suggestions. I consult with many in-house and outsource operations for a variety of outbound projects and will be happy to discuss with you the optimum outbound contact process for your unique needs.

Best regards-
