Setting up - First Contract
We are a new call center looking for contracts. I was wondering if anyone out there can give me an idea what is the average time it takes for a call center to typically obtain their first contract.
The first one is the hardest I've been told. What services can one depend on to speed things up? |

service bureau contracts
this is a loaded question. it is dependent on:
1) cost per hour 2) your internal loaded cost per seat 3) the technology you have to offer your clients 4) your hours of operations 5) language barriers the list goes on and on.......please feel free to email me for additional info..... |

Hello Charles,
Thanks for replying. I would be interested in communicating with you about all the questions you posed. You can reach me by email at shawn@pyxiscommunications.com or shawn@cifta.com The original post was created by my manager, I'm the presidient of Pyxis Communications. To briefly answer a few questions, we are a small startup in a small rural bilingual community in PEI, Canada. We have a fairly large workforce to draw from, there are about 75 bilingual (french/english) people that are from this community that already have experience in call centres. Most of them commute to work, anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, each day. They have expressed a great desire to work in their community. We have a Nortel BCM switch in place that allows us to accept digital and analog lines. We can support VoIP, chat, email and other forms of communication. I have additional information that I can send you. Thanks, Shawn Gallant |
