Experience with Remote CSReps from Romania

Hi,

We just started our Contact & BPO Center in Bucharest and we need some feedback about the CSReps available in Romania.

What are your opinions about Offshore Outsourcing in Romania and about remote CSReps located in Eastern Europe?

If you colud share with us your experiences will be greatly appreciated.
