i want to ask what the perfect salary for a call center manger & assistant call center manager and supervisors . who manage 40 seats on call center .

I currently work in a 45 seat call center in Houston,Texas.
The average pay for a call center manager in a 40 seat cc is $60,000 + depending on the job description and the hour of operation.

Depending on the industry and if the position is per shift oriented or if the manager is a lone wolf makes a huge difference. In 1989 I was making 60k+ in an 80 seat room all outbound-60 hour week. I now do both in and outbound and make well over 100k. I would need more info to give you an answer. I have an associte who works in a contract revolvaroom as a manager for 32k a year with 45 employees. It really depends on what you do.
