What's in a name: Callcenter ops department name
Hello,
As a result of a reorganization of our callcenter (+1.200 seats) we are in the position to change the (internal) name of our department. What we do?: - Planning / Forecasting / Scheduling - Management information - Benchmarking - Realtime monitoring of callcenter ops. - etc. Does anyone have a good suggestion? Thanks in advance! |
