Planning A call center

Dear All,

Im planning for a 100 seater call center 50 seats for outbound and 50 for Inbound. The call center will be based in India. Im not that a good technical guy, so Im not sure about the all the equipments required to make a proposal.

I'm planning to run on VOIP. Could some one help me out with this, I shall be very thakful to them. I just need the list of equipments classfied as

1. Call center components
2. LAN Components
3. WAN Components
4. Structured cabling
5. Servers & Desktops
6. Softwares

Do you need your own call center?

We do help in setting up the entire center starting from Infrastructure, Technology, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, opening your offshore office and running the center till you reach the ROI.
