Dialers, Strategy and Measures
Can anyone tell me, what are the various kind of dialers - not products, just different types like predictive.
What are all the measures used in an outbound call center - what are the things that I must measure. How do you make a dialling strategy or plan. What factors do you consider. Are there ways to improve the number of records dialled. How do you decide how much staffing you require for a campaign. Thanks for your time. Regards |
