practices sharing in Chicagoland

Looking to partner with other call center sites in Chicagoland to share practices. I currently share managing, with 2 other managers, a call center of appx. 200 reps. We also have 2 peer sites that share the contact volumes, totalling appx. 600 reps. Our call centers handle phone and email inquiries. Any local call centers interested in partnering?
