Part Time Solutions

In my call centre we have a part time team that has assisted us to reduce FTE ( full time equvalent) headcount and increase service levels.

I would love to hear of other part time solutions to add variety to the hours and also to best cover the service levels.

We have found that during the middle of the day you end up with high headcount that can be wasted so our part time model currenlty consists of an AM and PM team to avoid this glut.

Currently the centre is open 8am - 7.30pm Mon - Fri and 8.30am - 4.30pm Sat.
