Need ideas for contest
Hi all, I am new to this board but I have been working in inbound and outbound call centres for about 10 years now. I am currently a Manager for a technical support call centre for a national ISP.
Its no surprise to you if I mention that we find ourselves trying to improve the general customer experience, this seems to be the trend in call centres around the world. I would like ideas for a contest that we want to hold in our call centre. The focus of that contest is to gauge and improve the current level of customer service skills and have our rep realize the importance of the customer experience. I welcome any ideas of contests that can held in a 24hrs call centre which would run over the period of one month. Knowing my employees enough, I know they would not be motivated in participating if this requires home work. Please share with us your contest ideas and if they were succesful in both participation and desired impact. Thank, PC |
