How do you make your center a fun place to work!
There is not much information pertaining to this subject you would think with the stresses that are placed on these agents that we would hear so much more in making their enviroments a fun work places by providing contests and such. They are our #1 priorty or should be! I for one would love to see some examples or best practices from other Ops, Sups or TL

Hi, its an interesting thought. Well as a team lead....these are the thoughts I would share to keep the agents pepped up all the time.
Keep an eye on the good work done by the agent. A letter of appreciation and honour signed by you, manager and the process head. Hand over this to the agent preferrably on the call floor in front of others. This will surely makem feel good. Lets agree, all of need importance. Tell your agents about the recognition you want to bring in. Remember, recognition need not always be monetary. Even, giving them a extra day off will keep them happy. Ensure, your desk is always filled with cookies and any of your team member can pickem up any time they want. Ensure its always full. Food for thought always helps. For anything well done, give them a pat on the back and make them feel good. Any company would have some funds allocated for the employee benefits. Speak to the management and use the funds for anything such as picnic, food coupons and even get the guy a nite out at a discotheque. I am sure the agent will be happy. |
